Post-Investment Care Plan

• Assisting investors with necessary administrative and legal procedures at the municipal level.
• Assistance in the reinvestment process (including adapting local spatial development plans, arranging meetings with owners of investment land).
• Promoting companies' activities at national and international events/fairs in which the Municipality participates.
• Maintaining contact with entrepreneurs, including by organizing regular meetings.
• Engaging entrepreneurs in local and supra-local social events, enabling companies to promote themselves and build their local identity.
• Promoting the activities of our entrepreneurs in partner municipalities.
• Disseminating information about opportunities to participate in training and obtain external funding for business development.
• Mediating contacts between entrepreneurs and entities supporting investor services at the supra-local level.
